Psychotherapy is a collaborative process between you and your therapist. At its core, psychotherapy is about change - change of thoughts, emotions, and/or behaviours in order to have more fulfilling and healthy relationships with yourself and others.

One of the most important aspects to therapy is meaning-making; together we'll explore your stories about who you are and where you've come from. We'll determine where you might be heading and if a course correction might be in order!

If you need support in forming goals, overcoming obstacles, changing patterns of thoughts and behaviours, reflecting on opportunities for growth and/or discovering a more centered and resilient version of yourself, therapy is for you! In fact, therapy benefits everyone at whatever stage of life! It's sort of like the gym: mental, spiritual, cognitive and emotional fitness takes time, energy, commitment and perseverance.

If you're not feeling so fit due to loss, bereavement, personal struggle, life transition, relationship challenges, parenting issues, career concerns, or emotional upheaval, I provide a gentle and affirming space to unpack all of that with you so that you might discover paths to wellness and hope.
